At the end of the summer, CCFD-Terre Solidaire is mobilizing with the actors and actresses of the Mâlain region for the Atout Bout d’champ Festival!
Two days of meetings, debates, shows, concerts, conferences, and activities for all audiences, a community village, surprises, and organic and local food at affordable prices. Atout bout d’champ offers a generous, outdoor, and cheerful program centered around agricultural, food, and ecological alternatives.
For this 5th edition, CCFD-Terre Solidaire is strongly mobilizing and will invite participants to make the connection between international solidarity and the topic of Living Well. This is an opportunity for our organization to mobilize the public on the following theme: EXTRACTIVISM AND CLIMATE CRISIS, AGAINST LIVING WELL.
Extractivism is the massive extraction and intensive exploitation of natural resources
based on the demands of international markets. It is a predatory model that violates human rights and destroys the environment, under pressure from multinational companies.
This is why CCFD-Terre Solidaire is committed to working with you for a more united world that defends the rights of populations, by supporting their fight to preserve the planet.
CCFD-Terre Solidaire volunteers will be present to offer those present:
- a conference on the excesses of extractivism: an economic model based on the intensive exploitation of natural resources.
- a Requiem show for a smartphone
- games to raise awareness among young people: “What justice is there behind our screens?” and an animation on the theme of “Agriculture and climate”
- a film screening and discussion: The Illusion of Abundance
- a Gesticulated conference “on the paths of Good Living in Peru” world vision and resistance
- a forum “Another finance for another agriculture” with the BFC Solidarity Finance network
- photo exhibitions
